Change of management at CGT

Ampfing, November 2011

Dear Ladies & Gentlemen

We are very happy to inform you that starting 1 December 2012 CGT Cold Gas Technology GmbH will be represented by a new managing director.

Mr. Rolf Philipp will take over the shares as well as the responsibility as managing director from Mr. Peter Richter, who will retire due to health reasons after 10 years with CGT.

It is our goal to further develop CGT. At this time we have started to develop a strategy to strengthen sales and services to meet the requirements of our customers also in the future. We expect to inform you about our actions within the first quarter of 2012.

Furthermore we will also strengthen our activities within the Cold Spray Competence Group to continue to offer our products as the best systems worldwide.

Mr. Erik Baehr (sales) and Mr. Helmut Hoell (Service & Technology) will still be available for our customers ensuring the continuity of our long term customer relationship.

We also want to inform you that the mailing address of CGT will change to:
